Not adding Dolby Atmos icon to banner

I've got a video file which has Dolby Atmos, MediaInfo app confirms this but Plex-Utill seems to skip adding the icon to the banner.

Any thoughts?

The /films mount has RW rights and I can see the files via terminal using ls -la OK, I'm unsure why it can't scan the file
