PDF download from arxiv stopped working #1112

I think arxiv changed something. When I do arxiv-get-pdf-add-bibtex-entry, the bibtex entry gets added to my .bib file, but in mesages I see:

Invalid pdf. Header = <!DOC
Error downloading arxiv pdf http://arxiv.org/pdf/2212.10496" /><meta name="citation_arxiv_id" content="2212.10496" /><meta name="citation_abstract" content="While.."
