Description: Create a docker for leaf that is able to run CRP with all necessary sensors and control the vehicle in ROS2 environment. AC:

Created Dockerfile and a script for it. It builds the CRP project to a docker. It requires the autoware docker which can be built from the autoware package using its script.

Updated system specification with instructions for installing the platform and building the docker container.
