MangaHere Chapter only case broken #50

With Mangahere the chapter can either have volumes and chapter associated with it or just chapters. Currently if a user tries to download a manga that uses the chapter format, the parser crashes.

Denpa Kyoushi is an example. My pull request fixes this issue
