Support for Manga Sites in Other Languages #83

I was originally thinking of saying there should be support for Comico (a website with Manga in Japanese), then I thought about expanding that idea to simply support for a Japanese manga site, and now I think I'll just make it a little broader and say there should be multiple languages... but mostly Japanese, please m( )m

This is doable, but I'm not fluent in Japanese unfortunately. The 1.0.0 branch uses mangopi (a lower-level API layer), if you add support there for a site it'd be much easier to add support for it in manga_downloader.
