'SX' macro is not predefined #127

For the SX header's you need beside of _SX also SX as predefined macro. For
example to use sockets it is needed for netinet/in.h.

Could you add SX macro?

this seems like heavy user namespace polution, but there's nothing we can do 
about
it. ;) fixed in r279.
