Still being maintained? #2

Hi @jkoelker ,

I've noticed a lot of txes forks where fixes have been committed but PRs haven't been opened for them. So I'm wondering: are you still interested in receiving PRs for this project? I also wouldn't mind adding some tests and docs if you're interested.

I'm interested in PR's and also handing it off to anyone interested in maintaining it (either as a collaborator in this repo or if they prefer to transfer ownership). Unfortunately the project I was working on that this was from fell through so I don't use it anymore. Let me know if you're interested in either being added as a collaborator or transfer of the repo.
