[x] Check adjusted power supply filtration.
[x] Check MCP120 chip.
[x] Check 2V regulator.
[x] Check transimpedance amplifiers.
[x] Check JTAG header works right now.
[x] Check RS485 wiring
[x] Should put a microcontroller on to ensure that some of the rearranged digital lines are ok (the UART in particular)

We'll want the new TIA circuits for testing/writing analog processing code going forward.

Hmm not sure what I meant by "adjusted power supply filtration". Using surface mount caps? Guess I can compare old & new +3.3V lines on the scope.

+5V and +3.3V looked pristine when I was checking the MCP120 at power-on. Calling that good enough.

UART3 to RS485 works fine.
