Update PCB layouts with new revision number & generate gerber files

I update the board revision number right before producing gerber files. So this will be the very last thing to do on the milestone.

• [x] Commit updated silkscreen for all boards

Generate gerber files for the following, and attach to the release:

• [x] Main board
• [x] ADC board
• [x] LED power
• [x] LED test
• [x] Sensor board
• [x] Sensor test
• [x] Pedal
• [x] MIDI
• [x] Link adapter
