[ ] ~~Qwiic header pass-through~~ Every one on the main board is its own bus, this item must've predated that change.
[x] Power input, reverse polarity protection & regulation
[x] Control of N/P channel MOSFET array
[x] 20MHz ~~& 25MHz~~ oscillators
[x] One stack of RS485 transceiver & jacks, to confirm correct wiring (sigh)
[x] Microcontroller (UARTs & I2C primarily)
[ ] ~~Ethernet chip, magjack, and microcontroller use of ethernet~~ Going to move networking onto an optional board.

tempted to move the ethernet off this board in the next rev, in which case i probably wouldn't bother to bring it up on here.

JTAG works and the STM32 is still live after my hand soldering. I'll have to cobble together some firmware to test the UART and I2C.

brought the stcubemx project definition up to date. should be good to generate a basic project and start poking things.

USB D+/D- are swapped.

UART4 and USB are fine.
