Check:

[ ] All spacings
[ ] ~IRQ header
[ ] Voltage dividers as IO inputs
[ ] Vref pulldown

Board is assembled; need to actually check these things.

Spacings were good enough and Vref pulldown doesn't seem to have broken anything. The other issues were MCP23017-related, and the next rev doesn't use that. So, all done here.
