Concept links don't show up in the right rail #509

Seems to have broken recently. Likely broken by #498 somehow.

beb851190e8d4cb2e38e1d97745c9699c5483017 might somehow be related? earlier bisects are hard to do because of the production data breaking for old versions. But it seems to be before #498.
