Related to #529

If there's a card that's a dupe, you want to prevent pointing more things to it accidentally. But that's hard to tell from thumbnails. At the very least there should be a warning in the thumbnail

[ ] When you hover over a duplicate, there should be aw ay to load the card it points to as a dupe. Maybe the dupe icon has a card-hover?
