Call it "Popular" and have it be selected by default

Might need to make it so there isn't a default section in the database that will be selected

[ ] Fix the bug where clicking on a collection in tab that has default set, no filters, and a sort will break (#554)
[ ] Make the popular set be DEFAULT_SET_NAME again
[ ] Remove 'default' from section 1 in production db (if I want to enable this behavior in prodcution)
