Add support for apache activeMQ #2

add support for apache activeMQ , protocol is still AMQP so it should be feasible in theory. Add support for azure amqp net lite library, which theoretically implement amqp 1.0 generically (should work also with activeMQ). https://github.com/Azure/amqpnetlite
