What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It doesn't recognise the operating system!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Asked to update to a newer OS such as Windows XP, Vista or Seven

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm guessing it just isn't available for windows 8 yet?
