MainView UI hints #14

The MainView could use some UI to help new users. How about:

- a couple of axes with labels (frequency, amplitude)
- "touch anywhere to play"

The UI could fade out when the user starts playing, and fade back in after
X seconds of no touches.

r161 already achieves the goal of this. It would be cool to do the fading, but 
that's
a low priority.

Looks great.  I think I would show it for slightly longer, but that's all.

Cool. Default.png only displays until the app is ready to run, so it'll show for
shorter times on faster devices. Agreed that it would be best to show for 
longer -
that'll take integration into MainView.
