slider disabled on startup is invisible

The network audio level slider on the MasterAudioControls page is disabled
upon startup until there is input from the network implemented.  Oddly, in
the simulator, the disabled slider is invisible until the first time it is
enabled.  Later disabling it grays it out like its supposed to do.  On the
iPod Touch, that part of the screen is below the tab bar, so I can't see it
to see if the problem exists there as well, but that's a separate issue.

Took a look at this. No idea what the problem is. Might try it on the 2.2 SDK, 
see if
it's a bug that got fixed...

In any case, I'm okay with leaving the bug.
