The console reports the following:
Running…
Error launching remote program: unknown error.
Error launching remote program: unknown error.

This is a new problem since networking was enabled.  Maybe the app is
trying to use some resource that isn't available until the device is
officially on??

I sometimes get this even when the iPod is on. No idea what the problem is. (No
thanks to Xcode's excellent error reporting.)
