-master audio levels for recorded, synthesized, and network audio
-muting of recorded, synthesized, and network audio
-panning??

Implemented in Rev. 128, except for panning, which isn't currently supported 
anyway.
 Still need to wire up AmplitudeScale effects for synthesized, recorded, and network
inputs - these will be controlled by the level sliders I just added on this 
page.

Also should add text boxes to display current slider values.

It would also be smart to disable the appropriate sliders when a particular 
input is
muted.

text boxes and slider disabling are now implemented as of rev. 132.
