Auto hookup debugger

Allow "Start Debugging" to start and attach the Unity debugger to the KSP instance.

• [ ] Make mod auto-copy itself to GameData (or wherever as configured) of KSPRoot instance
• [ ] Run patcher on KSP instance as part of debug launch
• [ ] Enable the debugger in KSP instance automatically
• [ ] Copy Unity Player over the KSP player (will require Unity to be installed on machine)
• [ ] Launch "Attach Unity Debugger" option in Visual Studio (requires VSTU, will be kludgy)
