City Organizers can update an attribute on their city -- a select box -- with all the things to translate.
e.g. they make: Have you seen this awesome free walking tour in Chicago? Check out [WALK NAME]!

We have these all built and setup already, so this issue is specifically about linking this to a composer-modifiable city attribute.
