We have to trigger watchdog intervention when something unexpected happens / fail (relatively) fast / heisenbugs etc

packet was not sent
temperature/humidity/pressure reading are out of the minimum/maximum
make sure to send reset to RFM when starting up, ensuring that the module resets if something goes wrong
