Fix build, CI, tests #17

WIP, project builds, tests fail, just making PR to test TravisCI support. Working on integration tests, stay tuned.

hey @dmjio, thanks for getting interested? May I ask what your motives are?

Just to set your expectations, I haven't really touched the code in years now, but I know some people used it in the past. And I can see that fixing the CI build was the last thing I was supposed to do to merge the previous contribution.

If you manage to fix this great, I'll be happy to merge. If you want to work on this library that's even better, happy to give the reins.

Sounds great, think we just need to use the 64bit binaries of q server and it should pass on travis.

Fine if you can't say (I get that kdb usually involves proprietary stuff), just lemme know if that's the case!
