Bump monolog up to ^2 #52

Could you update your monolog dependency up to ^2 ? This issue forces us to use another library :(

@maxgorovenko made an attempt in #53 and apparently it isn't that easy to get CI green. It seems Monolog was the one that did held Micrometa from updating other packages, so PHP7.3 fails now: https://travis-ci.org/jkphl/micrometa/builds/648999852
