As a user I should see a histogram representing the advisor's ratings #14

Given I see the new skills, background ... sections, underneath, I should see a histogram for advisor's ratings. Ratings are from 1 to 5 Ratings are not clickable (as it is on web or mobile web) due to business decisions. The only element that is actionable is the link: Learn more about feedback and ratings.
