Listings with chat only availability do not show in Best Match Results #26

This is because web is configured this way. BUT 75% of 1st RCCs on app happen through chat. Issue only happens on BM results. That filtering, if setup via the REST API, must be removed so the chat only shows up.

According to my local testing this issue should be fixed by fix for https://ingenio.atlassian.net/browse/KM-03
