update hubspot to use async javascript. #66

hubspot recently changed their javascript code. this commit reworks the hubspot module with the new code, and also checks for the new configuration variable. we are already using this code in production.

Looks good, please merge with latest master and get tests back up and I'll merge in prep. for 3.1.0.
