Update of the "find_sources_without_gaia" function.

Hey Flemming, I was looking at the PyAstronomy project and it seems to still be a very preliminary package, so I prefer to stick to an implementation using astropy (see #19). That was I don't have to worry about future changes to PyASL. Thanks for the suggestion. Should be working in version 1.3.
