Increased range or just better video transmission? #4

Does this mod just improve the video transmission range because only the drone is set to FCC or it the remote control also switched to FCC?

Thats not how it works the whole system works as one. Occusync is like wifi and the remote is the router. If you want better wifi range in your house you increase the power on your router not your laptop.

You do that for obvious reasons. The router sends all the data. It's what you download. You usually download a lot more than you upload. So it makes sense to increase the power of the router.

So all you get here is a better "download" from the aircraft. The video stream. If the remote does not have increased power then you won't get increased range.

Both the uplink and the downlink are increased.
