Project loading now refreshes the page #74

The current behavior should be like this:

The URL should show the currently loaded project
When loading a new dataset, the page should refresh (to clean memory leaks etc and start a new session)
A wrong id in the URL will not break anything and behave exactly like no url is present at all
When opening the page with a valid URL, the dataset should automatically load

Nope I let christina first try it to ensure it was the desired behavior (thats why it is still draft), I will fix the build and ping you then it is ready for review
