Backward incompatible change: all formatting commands now process all arguments in text mode.
New feature: \mmaSupM, \mmaSubM, \mmaSupSubM commands, with first argument processed in math mode, added for special cases where sub- or super-script needs to be right next to argument, like in case of \int.
