Level Editor: UID system generates different IDs for the same user #18

According to Timan and Crater, the UID system is broken in a major way. If I understand correctly, it's supposed to generate a hash of the user's PC username and use that in the map files, however the editor seems to generate different IDs for the same user in each session (or at least every now and then?). According to them, this is the root issue that causes other https://github.com/jkulawik/bunker-issues/labels/topic%3Auid bugs.

I tested this and it seems fine. But some testing from others would be welcome because this is a major bug.
