No connection to camera with D700 to Samsung Galaxy s2 or Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.0 #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect USB OTG to phone or tablet then to camera
2.Turn on camera
3.Both phone and tablet detect nothing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a connection to the camera

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy S2 with Android 4.1.2
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with Android Android 4.1.2
DSLRdashboard: latest version 0.30.33

Please provide any additional information below.
Works great wirelessly with my D610

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and it works with custom ROM. I have Omni ROM on it 
but it works also with CM to.
For Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.0 I could only find this and seams that it has problem 
with USB host: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2398900
