Automate calibration of nozzle-tip to camera offset #5

Feature request:

Enhance calibration of nozzle-tip to camera offset to support "carbon paper" method.

  1. put carbon paper with carbon side onto table surface
  2. probe down nozzle until it touches the table surface and limit switch clicks
  3. lift nozzle again and remove carbon paper - nozzle should have printed a clearly visible mark onto table surface
  4. use camera to optically find that mark and store its position relative to nozzle
  5. move nozzle overhead camera, determine offset from center
  6. finally calculate exact nozzle-tip to camera offset and store this calibration value
