Bump fastify-reply-from dependency to fix critical severity vulnerability #65

Running npm audit on a fresh install of fastify-gateway results in a found 1 critical severity vulnerability resolved in fastify-reply-from >=4.0.2.

I can prepare a PR if you are still working on this project.
