OHM: v 51
Win 7 x64
Core i& OC @ 3.8Ghz

Q: What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A: Clock speed does not match Load %

Clock speed does not match the indicated load.

Example:

Clock speed says 3801 Mhz (sustained)
Load indicates 1-25% at the same time.

I assume you know clock speed and load are two different things?

Yes, and I'm an idiot. Sorry :( lol

OHM allowed me to see this, and it's a local problem since I have my CPUs
dynamically throttled. In other words the clock cycle should not be too
different from the load. Sorry for the confusion. :)

PS--I have to figure out why my CPUs are not throttling down past 2100Mhz now.
2100Mhz 0% load. It's a problem I think is linked to my OC on my i920. Stock
speed in 2.6Ghz and my OC is 3.8ghz. It won't throttle down past 2100 or so.
Thanks.
