temprature not correct on a asrock 970 extream 4 -amd Bulldozer fx8120

the tempratus look random
when the cpu temp is arround 40 degrece celcius the programm tells me that it 
is arround 20 degrees
its evry time that i start the programm its defferend but most of the time the 
program tells me that the temprature is between 20 and 25 degrees
als asrocks extream tuning utility is telling me that its 40
