Feature Request: Fan Manual Control With Max Of 100% (Not Just 85% Max) #469

1. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using the most recent version of the product on Win 7 Home Premium 64-Bit.

2. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I request that the manual fan control max speed be raised to 100% in 5% 
increments, instead of only an 85% max speed. 85% maximum prevents users from 
fully utilizing their GPU's cooling potential.

In addition I request that a fan control be given for the CPU's fan with manual 
fan speed control from 0% to 100% in 5% increments.

The maximum of 85% for the GPU is a limitation by the GPU driver. The Open 
Hardware Monitor could support more.

CPU fan speed control is supported on some mainboards. It depends on the super 
I/O used.
