Need Assistance: No Readings For CPU Core Clocks Or CPU Core Temps. No Readings For Motherboard Either. #470

1. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is that the program provide numerical values for the CPU
Core Clocks and CPU Core Temps. However, I see a - mark for the 'value', 'min',
and 'max' columns for all 6 cores.

In addition, the program should provide information for the motherboard.
However, I see no information at all concerning the motherboard.

2. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

I've attached a report file, and I have also attached a screenshot of the
program window.

Thank you for your time and any help provided.

edit: I would also like to add that versions 0.3.2 beta and 0.4.0 beta both
properly provided the CPU Core Clocks, but neither of them provided the CPU
Core Temperatures.

also, neither version properly provided any information converning the
motherboard.

You should run the application from an account with admin rights. The
information is not shown because the application can't load the kernel driver.
See the following section in the report:

Ring0

Status: Installing driver "C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp21F2.tmp"
failed and file exists
First Exception: OpenSCManager returned zero.
Second Exception: OpenSCManager returned zero.
