Support USB SMART Values #482

I know SMART is actually only supported in the API, and it works fine so far, 
but on USB hard disks smart check will fail on "CreateFile", even though other 
tools like CrystalDiskInfo can show those values

Version used is:
0.5.1

Actually there is some good open source stuff going on.

If you can download the src from CrystalDiskInfo and port it, it would be 
working out.
