Expose Separate Utilization Percent For Logical Cores #555

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On a CPU with multiple logical cores per physical core, such as an Intel
i7-4770k, show utilization percent separately for each logical core. Currently,
all logical cores appear to be averaged together.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.0 Beta on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
In many games, only one of the logical cores will be fully utilized. I like to
be able to see this information to help me understand where bottlenecks exist.
For example, I've used AIDA64 in past to display my CPU usage like this:
http://i.imgur.com/Eisyhyn.jpg which is essentially what I'm looking to
replicate with OHM and GOverlay.
