2697 v2 incorrect amount of cores shown #595

i have an IBM 3650 M4 server that i'm trying to debug an issue and i opted to 
use open-hardware monitor. but it should the incorrect amount of CPU cores for 
1 of the CPUs.

we have 2x 2697 v2 CPUs (12 core each). CPU0 shows the correct amount of cores, 
but CPU1 only shows 6 cores.

we are on windows 2012 R2 and i'm using open-hardware monitor 0.6 (latest at 
time of bug report).

This seems to be the same problem as in issue 645.
