[websocketd win32] Crashing on every call. #13

Calling http://127.0.0.1:7777/InstantDEX.cgi?method=openorders crashing websocketd with:

PROCESS.({"method":"openorders","agent":"InstantDEX.cgi"}) Assertion failed: 0 (src/utils/err.c:174)

its ancient unresolved bug unfortunately, been there since first successful windows build.
