Expanded Chart Color Palette #199

This PR updates the color palette for visualizing up to five selected cells in the charts. It resolves #130.

Changes Made:

Selected colors for optimal visibility against white backgrounds and enhanced accessibility.
Expanded color arrays in:
- SensorChart.jsx: meas_colors.
- TerosCharts.jsx: tempColors, ecColors, vwcColors.
- PowerCharts.jsx: pColors, vColors, iColors.
