Scroll to access buttons on sensors grpah #264

Describe the Bug

The sensors graph should be fully visible.

To Reproduce

  1. Goto Dirtviz at https://dirtviz.jlab.ucsc.edu/dashboard
  2. Scroll down and the buttons are not visible and not aligned with the above graphs

Expected Behavior

The sensors graph should be fully visible
