Adding in a zoom in and zoom out button #212

Currently, there's a button to toggle the pan-to-zoom to zoom into a certain region on the graph but there isn't a specific zoom-out button to zoom further out than the initial rendition of the graph. These two new buttons should zoom into the chart and zoom out of the chart, given a static factor.
