Debugging for JPOs must be possible #115

It must be possible to debug compiled JPOs within MX.

Challenge: The name of compiled JPOs ends with _mxJPO and further characters. 
On the other side 
the JPO source code ends only in _mxJPO and the Eclipse MxUpdate Plug-In must 
map this.
