Abstract Flag of Interface is not removed #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. define interface abstract
2. update interface with CI file where abstract flag is not defined

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is, that the interface is not abstract. But instead the interface is 
abstract.
