Update of existing Configuration Item shows warnings in mxtrace.log #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make an update of an existing configuration item like attribute (where e.g. 
the version is already defined)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A warning is shown in the mxtrace.log like
      #1  Warning #1500245  Property installer already exists 
      #0  Warning #1500245  Property application already exists 
      #0  Warning #1500245  Property compiled already exists 

Expected is that no warning is shown.

When updating a policy, also warning for the symbolic names of the policy are 
shown:
      #1  Warning #1500245  Property state_Accepted already exists 
      #1  Warning #1500245  Property state_Active already exists 
      #1  Warning #1500245  Property state_DefineComponents already exists 
Expected are also to see no warnings.
